Strong Arm 5 Deluxe portable drill press The Strong Arm 5 Deluxe portable drill press is a multi-purpose portable drilling leverage device for use with any hand-held drill.

This is the most powerful, most versatile mobile drill press on the market and is the only drill press that can both push and pull into drilling material. No need for dangerous, hot drill slag to get in your face and eyes. You don’t even need to get under the job; you can let the Strong Arm 5 Deluxe portable drill press do the work.

The new design offers a stainless steel swing arm to increase the life span by 3 to 4 times longer than the old design. The old flat bar has been replaced with a strong, square ¾” steel tube bar, which takes away the unwanted movement from the old design. Now we weld a steel foot to the bar that grips better for safety purposes and more ease in drilling.

The new design also has a newly enhanced drill camp cam lock to lock the drill in place to help control the dangerous drill back lash. It also allows for adjusting the drill to fit both right and left-handed users. The effort behind the new design is to focus on improving performance to help your productivity. But for more vanity purposes the drill press’s body is now sexy black, and hard anodized for a sharper look.

The Strong Arm 5 Deluxe is portable with virtually zero set-up time. It is easy to modify and it is able to adjust to fit most drilling needs and will fit almost all drill motors so there is no need to buy a new drill and it is easy to attach. The Strong Arm 5 Deluxe portable drill press is advanced engineered for durability, convenience, safety, and versatility. With its effortless 5 to 1 leverage function, this means that for every one pound of pull there are five pounds pressed at the drill bit.

The Strong Arm 5 Deluxe portable drill press is designed to take up to 95 lbs of pull there is 475 lbs of force at the drill bit. Its combination of power, lightweight and convenience allows the operator to make easy work out of otherwise tough drilling situations and keeps the operator from risking injury and feeling fatigued. Strong Arm 5 also has optional attachments that increase the tool’s functionality for a variety of applications.

Extension foot attachments are available so that you can use the Strong Arm 5 Deluxe to drill up to 8’ overhead. Pipe Foot attachment used when drilling round pipes facilitates the bit to avoid slipping off during drilling. Vacuum Cup is for smooth surfaces and the Rivet is for drilling out rivets.

Strong Arm 5 portable drill press fits 95% of all electric drills that have an anti-torque band. If you are using a cordless drill or a pnuematic drill then you will need a Drill Chuck Adapter:

Strong Arm 5 fits most electric drills motor that has an anti-torque band. The Strong Arm 5 drill press will mount on drills torque control handle band from 1.64” to 1.73”wide or 41.656mm to 43.942mm wide. If you are using a drill that has a wider band or cordless drill or a pneumatic drill then you will need a Drill Chuck Adapter: The two drill brands with consistent dimension that collate with the Strong Arm 5 drill clamp are;

99% Dewalt corded drill and some Dewalt cordless

95% Ridgid corded drill
